This spring and summer sipper opens with rose petal, almond, Meyer lemon and coriander. The palate offers a mix of lively fruit flavors and herbaceous notes: grapefruit and wild strawberry intermingle with fennel pollen and dried sage. The finish somersaults with mouthwatering acidity as it lingers on the palate long after the wine is gone.
