The 2019 McQueen presents a vibrant mix of violet pastilles, charred black fruits, and cured meat on the nose. The palate layers flavors of blackberry, tempered by supple leather and warm spice, supported by a hint of freshly tilled earth that evolves to a supple mid-palate with great depth and a fantastic finish.

Fermentation
Destemmed and cold soaked for 8 days with daily pump-overs. 6-day fermentation with a mix of deléstages, pump-overs and punchdowns for cap management. 14-day total maceration.
Cooperage / Elevage
Aged for 18 months in French Oak 60% new, 40% neutral.
