Fall 2023 Club Selection
Aromas of blackberry, violet, sandalwood, petrichor, and a hint of vanilla soar from the glass, while stylish flavors of black currant, cocoa powder, chipotle, and seared filet mignon dance on the palate. The mid-palate is stunning, with supple tannins and an elegantly seamless finish.
Destemmed and cold soaked for 4 days with daily pump-overs. 8-day fermentation with a mix of delestages, pump-overs and punchdowns for cap management. 12-day total maceration.
Aged for 22 months in 225L barriques: 65% new French oak, and 35% used barrels.
