If customer does not fulfill one year (two shipments) agreement, customer agrees to be charged for all previously granted perks within that year, including tasting fees, as well as a $55 cancellation fee. Cancellations are not permitted after customer credit card has been charged for a shipment. Customer is responsible for any adjusted shipping requests, including temperature controlled, expedited, reroutes, returns. Customers choosing to pick up their wine must do so within 6 weeks of charges for orders. Cancellations of memberships must be submitted with an emailed notice seven days prior to upcoming shipment. We cannot ship to the following states: UT, DE, KY.
