The Legend
Our story starts with the path of a bullet that once passed through a priest’s hat in a village in County Clare, Ireland. That through-line spans centuries and continents, ending here, in our corner of Peachy Canyon, among the vines.

Our vineyards sit high in the Adelaida District of Paso Robles, where coastal winds, dramatic elevation, and pink limestone soils create the ideal conditions for expressive Bordeaux blends. From the beginning, we’ve farmed organically and with intention—because great wine starts in living soil.
