A Paso Robles Winery Rooted in Place, Story, and Bordeaux Tradition
At Sixmilebridge, we craft fine wines from noble Bordeaux grape varieties grown in our organically farmed estate vineyards in the Adelaida District of Paso Robles. Every decision—whether in the field, the cellar, or the tasting room—is guided by intention, restraint, and a deep respect for place and story.
Taste Paso Robles in Every Glass
Tucked among the vine rows and native plantings of Peachy Canyon, our tasting room offers a quiet, unhurried setting to explore our Bordeaux-style blends. Seated tastings are personal and welcoming, with space to slow down, savor, and connect.
Explore Our Current Releases
Our focus is singular: small-batch Bordeaux-style wines from our estate vineyard. Every bottle reflects a low-intervention philosophy and our dramatic, limestone-rich site in the Adelaida District. Availability is limited—many wines are only poured in our tasting room.

Sixmilebridge: The Legend Behind the Name
Our story starts in 1852 in County Clare, Ireland, with a priest’s bullet-pierced hat and a protest for democracy. That legacy continues here, among the vines of Paso Robles.
Our Winemaking Philosophy: Precision, Restraint, and Place
We honor both Bordeaux tradition and Paso Robles terroir. Early picking, thoughtful blending, and minimal intervention produce wines with elegance, structure, and longevity.
Where We Farm: Adelaida District, Paso Robles
Our organically farmed estate sits high in the Adelaida hills, where pink limestone soils, coastal winds, and dramatic elevation shape everything we grow—and everything we make.
