An intense burst of spicy red currant, dusty dried rose and spice wafts up from the 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon. It’s exquisite on the palate, seamlessly silky and refined. Deps of dark red fruits slowly saturate. This leaves a chewy concentration and drippy tannins that promise years of evolution. Residual acids maintain a lovely freshness. The balance here is something to behold. Well done.

It’s elegant to the core with silken textures, yet quickly gains tension with intense tart red fruits and exotic spice. This finishes spicy with edgy tannins that tug at the palate as gobs of tart raspberry and minerals taper off.
