Aged for 15 months in 1 new oak barrique from the Allier forest in France.
Foot stomped and cold soaked for 4 hours before being pressed to barrel for native ferment. Malolactic fermentation complete.
July 16, 2018. Bottled unfined and unfiltered.
This lively white offers vibrant aromas of melon, white peach, apricot, and honeycomb. Undertones of fresh pine needles, wet stones and botanicals come through with more air. The palate is precise and penetrating as a rich mouthfeel gives way to the long lingering finish.
