Blend: 36% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Merlot, 22% Malbec, 9% Cabernet Franc, 8% Petit Verdot
Vineyard: 100% Estate – Adelaida District, Paso Robles.
Fermentation: Destemmed and cold soaked for 10 days with daily pump-overs. 8-day fermentation with a mix of delestages, pump-overs and punchdowns for cap management. 18-day total maceration.
Cooperage and Elevage: Aged for 22 months in 225L French oak barriques: 72% new, 28% neutral.
TA: 6.8 g/l
Bottling Date: July 16, 2018. Bottled unfined and unfiltered.

Notes: A beautiful menagerie of black cherry, cocoa, rose petal, raspberry, mint, cedar and wet granite is the introduction to this elegant beauty. The palate offers an intoxicating mix of savory flavors: black truffle, muddled blueberry, forest floor and anise. The dense and chalky midpalate quickly evolves into a silky and seamless finish that lasts for over a minute after the wine is gone.
